About The Role

At Orion we deliver value to our clients by leveraging strong relationships with media partners across all channels, driving effective savings and diversified investment opportunities.

The Associate, Partnerships EMEA is a key role within the regional team, supporting the Manager, Partnerships EMEA and wider function. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Orion’s core partnership and client management responsibilities across EMEA markets.

Operating across multiple markets, the role plays an important part in ensuring accurate and consistent delivery of reconciliation, reporting, and client outputs such as savings statements and compliance processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

Support monthly SSP reporting and reconciliation across EMEA markets

Monitor delivery of partner activity, identifying and resolving discrepancies

Work with markets and agencies to ensure bookings are correctly implemented and tracked

Liaise with finance to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation across UK and EMEA

Maintain and update tracking documents for partners and clients

Support delivery of client outputs, including savings statements and reporting

Assist with client compliance processes, including contractual requirements and opt-in tracking

Provide support to market teams on processes and reporting requirements

Collaborate with the wider partnerships team to ensure consistent delivery across all markets

Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

About You

Highly numerate with strong attention to detail

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reconciliation processes

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively across multiple markets and teams

Analytical mindset, able to identify and resolve issues

Interest in digital and programmatic media

Willingness to learn and develop within a regional role

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
