About Us
Since launching in 2020, The Hub has grown quickly by supporting clients on some of the transport sector’s most exciting and challenging projects in the UK and internationally. We combine strategic and commercial advisory services with deep sector expertise, helping clients make better decisions and deliver evidence-based solutions. Our roots are in rail, but our ambition is broader: to grow across the wider transport industry while maintaining the focus, pace and quality that makes us distinctive. We are looking for someone who…
- Has presence, reputation (10yrs+ experience) and a network in transport sector clients
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mind-set who enjoys building client relationships with a proven ability to generate leads, win work, and deliver work in people and transformation projects in the transport sector, covering for example;
- Complex business transformation and org change initiatives
- Designing and implementing target operating models, business improvement programmes, people strategy and change management
- Delivering people change, business readiness and embedding new ways of working including organisational and culture change
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships and facilitating decision making
- Knows how to work with clients to understand their perspective, generate solutions that they buy into and achieve outcomes;
- Has an ability to shape The Hub’s offer to target growth markets;
- Has relevant experience in project management, and is comfortable with managing a range of large consulting projects effectively and in parallel; and
- Can develop and co-ordinate people and teams.
Experience within consultancy is highly desirable but we are equally interested in people who can demonstrate the commercial, client and delivery skills needed to build a successful advisory practice. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential, such as Prosci Change Management Certification, APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent, MSP Practioner, PRINCE2 Practioner or other programme/project management qualification, CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent people/organisation development qualification. We are looking for someone with energy, judgement and the appetite to make a significant impact.

The Location
We are located in Holborn in the heart of London close to our most important clients and partners. We offer flexible working from home as well as the office as we understand that our people like a healthy balance between face to face contact with colleagues and a reduced commute. We offer this as a part-time or full-time role.
