Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months. We are seeking a driven retail leader to support our new Neal Street store. If you have a passion for footwear, fashion, and customer experience we’d love to hear from you.

This could be your first step into management, or you might just be looking for a new challenge. You’ll be a key part of our team: driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll be joining us at the start of our big expansion plans, so there will be plenty of opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including team management, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and coaching
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation across Nokwol and third-party products
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care

• Proven experience in retail, ideally in fashion or footwear
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for customer service and a keen eye for style
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
