Prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and responsibility for large teams is vital. A vibrant personality, strong organisation and exceptional communication skills are also necessary.

  • Take responsibility for delivering a great guest experience throughout the venue
  • Maintain a positive, professional and welcoming attitude in all guest interactions
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
  • Work with the team to create a fun, friendly and efficient atmosphere
  • Help ensure guests feel looked after from arrival through to departure

  • Train, support and motivate the team to maintain high standards
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Communicate clearly with the bar, floor, barback, host and kitchen teams
  • Help organise team roles and sections during service
  • Support team development and help create a happy, confident team culture

Business and Stock Control

  • Work with the management team to help drive the business forward
  • Support menu choices and service improvements
  • Help streamline service and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain consistent stock control and support ordering processes where required
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve service and maximise guest satisfaction
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar role in a busy hospitality venue
  • Experience managing or supporting large teams

  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities
  • Confident, attentive, friendly and well presented
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to monitor the whole venue
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt and solve problems quickly
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of training, motivating and supporting teams
  • Strong team player with a hands-on approach
  • Availability to work shifts as needed
  • A welcoming, friendly demeanour, even on a hectic day
