Area Partner Marketing Manager, UKI (FTC), AWS Partner Marketing
Amazon
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing strategy and execution across the UKI. This role sits within the EMEA Partner Marketing team and is responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through strategic marketing programs developed with and through AWS consulting and technology partners (including Global SIs, regional SIs, ISVs, etc).
The ideal candidate will combine B2B marketing expertise with a passion for the partner ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end marketing relationship with priority partners in your territory, developing joint marketing plans, managing marketing development funds (MDF), and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with Partner Development, Field Marketing, Sales, and Global Partner Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
This is a visible role that requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures, managing complexity, and delivering results at scale.
**Please note, this is FTC (Fixed Term Contract) position for 12 months.**
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy aligned to regional business priorities in UKI, driving pipeline and revenue through partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs.

- Manage the MDF (Marketing Development Fund) planning, approval, and reporting process for the region, ensuring investment is optimised for maximum ROI.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing, Events, and Global Partner Marketing teams to execute multi-channel partner campaigns.
- Define and manage partner coverage models for the region, ensuring priority partners receive appropriate marketing support and engagement.
- Track, measure, and report on program performance using data-driven metrics (partner-sourced sales qualified pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, campaign ROI, partner engagement scores).
- Share best practices and contribute to the global partner marketing community, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximising business impact.
**Please note, this is FTC (Fixed Term Contract) position for 12 months.**
A day in the life
As the Area Partner Marketing Manager for UKI, no two days are the same. You might start your morning reviewing campaign performance dashboards and optimising a joint ABM program with a partner targeting a strategic account. Mid-morning, you could be on a call with a priority consulting partner in the Ireland, co-developing a joint webinar series to drive cloud migration leads.
After lunch, you join a cross-functional planning session with the UK ABM/Field Marketing team to align on an upcoming AWS Summit activation with key partners. Later, you review MDF proposals from partners, provide strategic guidance on their marketing plans, and approve funding for high-impact initiatives.
You wrap up the day by preparing your monthly stakeholder update for the Area Partner Organisation leadership, highlighting pipeline influence from partner marketing programs, sharing success stories, and identifying opportunities for the quarter ahead.
