Role and Responsibilities

As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will gain

hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, with a focus

on Microsoft 365 and general networking. You will work closely with our IT team

to assist in various projects and daily operations, gaining valuable skills in

a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

Microsoft

365 Administration

  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes.
  • Support in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Help with the deployment and migration of Microsoft 365 services.

Networking

Support

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor network performance and security.

Technical

Support

  • Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
  • Document support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.

Project

Assistance

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
  • Assist in researching and implementing new technologies.

Documentation

and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Generate reports on IT activities and metrics as required.

Required

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and applications.
  • Understanding of user and group management in Microsoft 365.

General

Networking

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with network devices and their functions.
