Analyst, Strategic Finance
Volta
About The Role
Volta is deploying capital at a scale and speed that demands sharp, reliable financial analysis – from tracking billions in infrastructure spend to keeping investors and the Board informed with clear, accurate reporting.
As a Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will support the FP&A team in building the financial models, reports, and analysis that inform how Volta plans, budgets, and forecasts across its global operations. You'll work closely with Project Controls, Operations, and Accounting to make sure our numbers are accurate and our leadership has the insight they need to make good decisions quickly.
This is a great role for someone early in their finance career who wants exposure to capital-intensive, high-growth infrastructure investing, with real opportunity to grow into broader FP&A and finance leadership responsibilities.
What You Will Be Doing

- Assist with month-end close processes in partnership with the Accounting team
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
