Job Description

Amazon Delivery Driver – Join Pegasus Establishment!

Earn £137.70 Per Day + Peak Season Bonuses + Performance Rewards!

Pegasus Establishment, a fast-growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team!

We pride ourselves on providing a professional, supportive working environment where hard work is recognised, dedication is rewarded and drivers are given the tools they need to succeed.

Pay & Benefits

£137.70 Per Day – No Van Rental Fees!

Unlike many delivery companies, Pegasus covers all standard vehicle-related operating expenses, allowing you to maximise your earnings without worrying about van rental costs.

What We Provide:

• FREE Delivery Van – No van rental fees or deductions from your daily rate.
• FREE Vehicle Insurance – Fully covered by Pegasus.
• FREE Fuel – All fuel required for your assigned delivery routes is covered.
• FREE Maintenance & Tyres – Servicing, tyre wear and general vehicle maintenance are covered.
• £137.70 Daily Rate – No deductions for standard van operating expenses.
• Weekly Payments – Two Weeks in Arrears – Payments are made weekly, with a two-week payment delay.
• 2 Fully Paid Ride-Along Days – After completing the initial training, you will spend two days accompanying an experienced driver in their van to gain practical, hands-on experience. Both ride-along days are paid at the full daily rate of £137.70.
• Full Training Provided – Previous delivery experience is not essential.
• Dedicated Driver Support – Our experienced operations team is here to help you succeed.

Peak Season – Earn Even More!

As we approach Amazon's busiest period of the year, Pegasus is introducing exciting additional earning opportunities throughout selected periods in November and December.

£8 Extra Per Route – Amazon Peak Bonus

During designated periods in November and December, Amazon will provide an additional £8 per eligible completed route.

£10 Extra For Weekend Routes

Pegasus Establishment will reward drivers who work weekends with an additional £10 per eligible completed route on Saturdays and Sundays.

Top 10 Performance Rewards Programme

We are introducing a special performance-based incentive programme where our TOP 10 BEST-PERFORMING DRIVERS will receive substantial additional cash bonuses!

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon parcels safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers.
• Follow assigned delivery routes using Amazon's delivery technology.
• Load, organise and handle parcels with care.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and delivery standards.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with our dedicated operations team.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK or EU driving licence accepted for driving in the UK.
• Meet the minimum age requirements for our vehicle insurance.
• Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Be able to pass the required background checks.
• Demonstrate safe and responsible driving habits.
• Be physically capable of handling and delivering parcels throughout the working day.
• Have good communication and organisational skills.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Be comfortable using a smartphone and navigation applications.
• Be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends when required.

Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
