- Designing and delivering training, workshops and guidance for colleagues with different levels of AI experience.
- Helping colleagues understand AI’s capabilities, limitations and appropriate use.
- Identifying and sharing successful AI workflows, use cases and good practice across the firm.

- Travelling to Brunswick offices as required to support teams and local adoption.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong practical experience using generative AI, particularly ChatGPT, in a professional setting.
- A strong understanding of AI’s capabilities, limitations and business applications.
- The ability to understand workflows and identify where AI could enable better ways of working.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to translate complex technology into clear, practical guidance.
- Sound judgement around emerging technology, business value and risk.
- A collaborative, curious and hands-on approach, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive practical change.
Experience in learning and development, change, technology enablement or transformation is highly desirable. Professional services or advisory experience would be advantageous, as would willingness to travel internationally.
