About the Role:
The Accounts Receivables Coordinator will report directly to the Finance Manager and take ownership of our day-to-day accounts receivable operations. In this critical role, you will ensure timely collections, minimize risk exposure, and maintain strong cash flow to support our continued growth.
You will act as a key bridge between finance and our client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills who can collaborate effectively with account managers, project managers, and external enterprise clients to streamline processes and elevate our AR operations.
About you:
- Experience: 4+ years in accounts receivable, credit control, or financial operations roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or enterprise software environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with ERP and accounting software (NetSuite experience is highly desirable).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. You must be comfortable managing difficult conversations professionally and constructively.
- Working Style: Highly proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented. You possess strong problem-solving skills and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Able to work from our office 3 days a week as part of our hybrid working model.
What will you be doing?
- End-to-End AR Management: Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with enterprise customers, as well as internal account and project managers, to ensure timely payments and swiftly resolve disputes.
- Credit Control & Risk: Monitor AR aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts while enforcing corporate credit policies.
- Financial Reporting: Review monthly revenue, support variance analyses, and assist with month-end close processes to ensure accurate AR reporting.
- Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and legal teams to improve billing and collections efficiency.
- Tech Implementation: Assist in the roll-out and optimization of AR automation tools and continuous process improvements.
