We are expanding, making this a perfect position if you would like to have a significant impact on our company’s growth and develop your role and career as the business evolves. You will join a team where your ideas will be welcomed and valued.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our fastest-growing sales team. The role will suit someone driven, who enjoys working in a forward thinking fast paced environment, enjoys the financial services market, and who is experienced in taking a proactive lead.

Role responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activity.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, ensuring opportunities are prioritised, progressed effectively, and accurately forecasted.
  • Apply Value Selling and MEDDPICC principles to qualify opportunities, uncover client needs, and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Leverage sales insights, dashboards, and market intelligence to focus on the highest-value opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and KYC to maximise lead conversion, support client onboarding, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets, ideally within Financial Services, FinTech, Wealth Management, or a related sector.
  • Experience using a Value Selling approach to identify customer needs, quantify value, and communicate compelling business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies and the ability to apply a structured qualification process to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial acumen, using data and insights to prioritise activity and drive performance.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills, a willingness to collaborate, and a desire to contribute to a high-performing sales culture.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday (exc. Bank holidays)
  • 5% Pension contributions
  • Private medical insurance with Vitality
  • Health cash Plan offering contributions to dental, optical and much more
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Monthly team lunches, quarterly company socials

Working pattern

We work a hybrid pattern, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday together in our London office, working remotely on Monday and Friday. Our three office days are a core part of how we work.

We believe our best work happens when we have meaningful time together: collaborating across teams, sharing ideas, learning from one another and building strong relationships. The balance gives you the benefits of focused remote working while keeping the energy, connection and pace that come from working side by side.
