Academy Kit Assistant

The Academy Kit Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy by preparing, maintaining, and distributing training and match kit for players and staff.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organised and reliable.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be a positive team player with a flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
• Have a Full Driving License
• Be able to work in a fast-paced football environment while maintaining high professional standards.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role:

• Prepare and distribute training and match kit.
• Ensure all kit and equipment is clean, organised, and ready for use.
• Assist with stock control, kit issuing, and inventory management.
• Support academy training sessions, fixtures, and tournaments as required.
• Maintain high standards within the kit room and storage areas.
• Work closely with academy staff to meet operational needs.
