Our Your Impact starts here: Women in Finance Insight Day is designed for penultimate and final-year female students interested in exploring careers in banking and finance at MUFG.

Through a series of presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, you will gain a clear and practical understanding of life at a global financial institution. You’ll hear directly from professionals across the firm, learning how different teams operate and contribute to delivering for clients.

By the end of the programme, you will:

• Develop a strong understanding of career paths available within banking and finance
• Build confidence engaging in a professional environment
• Gain insight into the day-to-day reality of working at MUFG
• Expand your network through meaningful connections with employees

You will also receive an introduction to our internship and graduate opportunities, alongside practical guidance to help you navigate the application process and perform with confidence.

The event will take place on 25 September 2026 from 14:00 to 16:30 at 25 Ropemaker Place.
