Role: Project Manager - NPD
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, from concept to supply, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project elements such as concept and tooling development, filling trials, artwork coordination, and compiling filling/assembly specifications.
- Collaborating across various internal teams.
- Handling cost management and negotiations from design and development phases through production to delivery.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively managing risks, troubleshooting issues, and identifying innovative solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working Project Management, Product Development, Packaging, within Beauty and Personal Care is essential.
- Demonstrated experience within a customer-facing environment, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proven track record in executing full-service projects, encompassing product development from design conception to delivery, including new tooling and packaging development.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Project for project management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
