Note Taker (Shorthand) - Thursday 11th April

Location: LondonPay Rate: £16-£18 per hour

We are currently seeking a proficient note taker with shorthand skills to assist during meetings on Thursdays 11th April in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent shorthand or verbatim minute taking capabilities and the ability to capture information accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend meeting on Thursdays 11th April and take comprehensive notes in shorthand or verbatim notes.
  • Transcribe shorthand notes into readable and organised documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with meeting participants to clarify any unclear points or details.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in shorthand writing is essential.
  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a note taker or secretary is preferred but not required.

Competitive pay rate of £16-£18 per hour.
