We are looking for a main contractor's Quantity Surveyor on the behalf of the Central London-based, 300m pa turnover UK office of a Dublin-headquartered, family-owned construction group.
The role has been brought about by continued success in the residential-led, city centre regeneration sector and will see the successful candidate report to a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor on one of their current 50m - 150m mid to high rise projects.
The opportunity;
- Working on profit-making major projects with an expanding, profitable builder.
- A healthy forward pipeline of similar BTL, affordable and social housing major projects.
- Head office-based, (Finsbury Park), projects all within Greater London + Home Counties.
Candidate essentials;
- A degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience of 50m+ new build residential schemes.
- A history of agreeing subcontract accounts worth 10m+.
- A stable career record of salaried employment with UK main contractors.
Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 9th September.
Salary; 70k to 90k + package.
