The Role:
We are looking to offer an Apprenticeship in our Supply Chain Department working as an Office Administrator. The successful applicant will be supported to complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a very busy food manufacturing company with further opportunities to develop and gain experience.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
Provide a Customer Service role – sorting out price queries, liaising between Supply Chain and the Sales Team
Complaints – managing/administering the whole process including resolution
Producing Sales Contracts and maintaining the database
Purchase Invoicing – entering details on our system, which includes storage costs, customs etc.
Looking after CHEP/TOSCA (pallet system)
Develop good working relationships across business functionsQualification & Skills:
English & Maths GCSE
Proactive and positive attitude
Excellent Presentation skills and attention to detailBenefits:
