Summary
The ETSC team based in London Goswell Road facility manages customer services over a global network. Our primary objectives are to provide first class customer service, conduct effective triage, diagnosis and repair coordination across multiple networks, products and technologies to minimise downtime and work as an effective team within the service assurance operation.
In this role you would be responsible for providing, owning and managing Tier 2 support for the EMEA customer base. The ETSC supports the product portfolio consisting of Transport, IP and Ethernet ensuring that all faults, planned work and activation requests are carried out to comply with SLA's and internal process.

Collaborating within team and across various resolve and support teams without preconception or assumption, striving only to serve the customer and their team.
Proactively seeking opportunity to promptly resolve complex issues and acting as a technical focal point and conduit to Tier III support for the most complex issues.Skills
Requires an expert understanding of IP networking specifically Cisco and where possible Nokia/Alcatel and Juniper demonstrated via certification and operational experience.
Significant experience working on Data/IP networks within an operational environment; completing 2nd/3rd level diagnostics across multiple technologies and vendors.
Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.
