We're looking for an ambitious Legal PA for one of our top law firm clients.
This is a great opportunity to join the Real Estate department of an international law firm for a six month contract.
If you have at least 3 years Real Estate experience for an international legal practice, this could be the role for you.
This role is for one of the most impressive law firms in London
You'll be joining a team of 12 and managing 7
This is a busy and varied role where attention to detail is a must-have.
You'll be working in the Head Office in the City of London
What you'll be doing.
This role requires an efficient, forward thinking, adaptable and multi-skilled Legal PA.
You'll be supporting the Real Estate team – 2 partners and 5 associates
Complex diary management and the resolution of any clashes/problems
Arranging internal and external meetings
First point of contact for any issues surrounding systems and processes
Inbox management for fee earners
Arranging international and domestic travel for the team and creating itineraries
Preparing and creating correspondence, presentations and legal documentation
Carrying out all team administration
Expense claims
Utilising 3E for resource planning and invoice processing
Work closely with the Business Development team – supporting with pitches and managing client records
What you'll need.
We're looking to speak with candidates who have past experience in a Real Estate department for a law firm – this is imperative and candidates without such experience can not be considered. You'll be positive and flexible, an excellent communicator with a results driven mentality.
