Leading professional services company is actively recruiting for an experienced ERP Programme Lead can commence the programme from the ground-up, starting with definition of business case including pain points analysis, business process mapping and business needs analysis to get to a prioritised scoping document which can be approved.
The team are responsible for running programmes impacting 4000+ people with multiple service offerings.
* The successful candidate will have previous experience of implementing a strategy and delivery programme aligned to our future key firmwide systems which are fundamental to the firm.
* Experience of process design and optimisation to analyse and propose the as-is and to-be business processes in areas including HR processes, finance processes and practice management including client and project inception, time recording and risk reporting.
* Proven track record of enhancements to current processes and technology utilisation balancing tactical delivery with strategic change.
* Managing internal and external resources.
