Are you an Administrator working in Financial Services? Are you looking for a new and exciting Team Admin opportunity in the Financial Services industry? My client an International Investment Banking firm based in the City, are seeking a highly motivated and organised Financial Services Team Administrator to support a team of professionals on a permanent basis.
What you will do:
As a Team Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including organising travel arrangements for marketing trips, events, and conferences. You will also be responsible for researching data and preparing presentation materials, processing expenses, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, updating, and maintaining the database and CRM, and setting up video conferencing.
What you will need:
To be successful in this role, you will have current or previous admin experience working within Financial Services, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Current or previous solid experience as an Administrative Assistant or Team Assistant in Financial Services is essential!
