A leading Law Firm are seeking a driven individual to join their team as an L&D Assistant, based in their head office in London. This role is super varied, you will be supporting the Head of L&D and will support the overall team function This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and progress within an international firm.

Support the Head of L&D with various administrative and coordination duties
Create and manage training and development packs
Manage employee registration and general queries
Manage internal trackers and online systems
Set up projects and meetings – diary and inbox management
Ensure records and kept up to date and maintain confidentiality
Amend, collate and research various training materials
Responsible for the evaluation of processes alongside the Advisor
Assist and coordination events in London – Travel may be required across Europe
Provide digital support for online events
Maintain and develop internal and external working relationships

A driven, dedicated and passionate HR professional
Educated to degree level or equivalent*
Must have some relevant experience and/or knowledge of HR and L&D
Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
Excellent IT skills – MS Office
