A 3 months+ opportunity for an Income Control Officer has arisen with the local authorities in West End, London.
Pay rate of £14,50 PATE or £17.50 Umbrella
To be cover in the Accounts Receivable (AR) Team for an interim period, providing support in all aspects of AR, i.e. Billing, payment allocations, Credit notes, refunds, Cashiering/ cheque processing, Bank statements, fund transfers and payment exceptions any other AR tasks required by the income Team Leader.
You will also be required to work within defined guidelines to assist in providing, a comprehensive accounts receivable service for the Council where applicable.
Skills and Experience:
Ability to work independently as well as being able to contribute to a total team culture where there is a shared responsibility to achieve team objectives.
Ability to work with all stakeholders to identify flaws in processes, suggest new ideas and solutions to aid service delivery improvements.
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Strong numerical, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
