One of my clients, who are one of the UK's largest care providers, are looking for an experienced manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care in a nursing home setting. As the Regional Quality and Lead, you will be responsible for improving a number of nursing home services in London in the hope of improving the standards of care and quality in the services. You will be supporting Nursing Home Manager and area managers, with their roles and will report directly to the Regional Director.
The services are based across the South of England, covering areas such as London, Surrey and Essex. It is essential that the chosen candidate is a driver and is happy to travel.
Chosen candidate requirements:
– Ideally a Registered Nurse
– Strong CQC background
– Elderly and Dementia specialist
– Driver
– Good communication and leadership skills
