Unique Role | Expenses Paid | Flexible Working
With a focus on continuous learning, you'll be offered a wide range of e-learning opportunities to ensure staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide safe and high-quality services. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing are encouraged among teams, fostering a supportive learning environment.
You'll be offered an annual leave package that treats all staff equally, regardless of seniority. Enjoy a generous entitlement of 25 days' annual leave, with additional days awarded for each full holiday year worked, up to an impressive maximum of 30 days. Part-time staff are not left behind either! You'll receive a pro rata amount of annual leave based on your weekly hours worked.
You'll be mainly community based in areas such as Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, and occasionally Barking. Your expenses will be paid for visits around the community, meaning you get to keep your hard earned wages for the important thinks in life.
This is a unique position that doesn't come around very often and enables you to work outside the realms of Local Authority and NHS. You'll be working with a mixture of CMHT principals but also learning/delving more into the criminal justice side of things.
