Our client, a global financial software solutions organisation is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for their range of accountancy software. This is a 12 month contract, hybrid role.
– Develop proficiency and knowledge of the company’s products and solutions.
– Provide consultative support to enhance the value they realise from products.
– Deliver education and training on accountancy software.
– Ability and desire to learn while staying up to date with the appropriate software solutions.
– Ability to build urgency with partners by creating value in their business.
– Software Support. Accounting software would be ideal (Xero, Quickbooks).
– Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
– Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.
