We have an opportunity for someone to join a well-established and growing organisation based in central London. They are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant (5 years plus as a Senior consultant) who has the maturity to operate autonomously with the guidance and support of a successful team.
Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary: up to £45,000 DOE plus uncapped commission (high achievers will earn £100k plus)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: London / Hybrid (Hybrid option once you have successfully completed your probation period)
Required experience:
• 5 years plus recruitment experience as a senior healthcare recruiter
• UK Healthcare recruitment background
• Business development skills
• 5 years plus Account / Client management experience within the UK healthcare sector
• Search and selection process capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised and self motivated
• Self starter and able to work autonomously
• Ability to operate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders
• Passionate and driven to achieve
