We are looking for an Early Years Teacher who possesses the following qualities:

Recent experience in teaching EYFS, including valuable PGCE placements if you're an NQT
A profound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Familiarity with effective strategies to cater to the needs of all pupils, especially those who may be underachieving or have SEN and EAL requirements
Insight into curriculum and pedagogical matters related to teaching and learning
The ability to monitor, assess, record, and report pupil progress in accordance with the school's policies, utilising this valuable information to inform future planning
A flexible approach to work, accompanied by outstanding interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate othersAs an Early Years Teacher, your core responsibilities will encompass:

Taking charge of teaching a vibrant class of Reception children, aged 4-5 years
Guiding and supporting the social and academic progress of your pupils, diligently tracking their individual achievements using personal Learning Journals
