Our client, a global financial software solutions organisation is seeking a Pre Sales Support Specialist for their range of accountancy software. This is a 12 month contract, hybrid role.
Responsibilities
* Develop proficiency and knowledge of the company’s products and solutions.
* Identify and prioritise new Partners with to increase sales of their products.
* Provide consultative support to enhance the value they realise from products.
* Deliver education and training on accountancy software.
Skills
* Ability to build urgency with partners by creating value in their business.
* Accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage.
* Ability and desire to learn while staying up to date with the appropriate software solutions.
* Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.
