Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Consultant with Pre-Sales
My client is a reputable Gold Partner IT consultancy firm specialising in bespoke CRM solutions. With a passion for helping charities optimise their operations, they have established selves as a trusted partner in the non-profit sector. As they continue to expand their reach and influence (and having recently won several charity tenders), they are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CE Consultant with Pre-Sales expertise to join their dynamic team.
As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of their projects and supporting clients' mission-driven initiatives. Your technical expertise, combined with your pre-sales skills, will be pivotal in delivering high-quality solutions that meet their clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE
Customise and configure Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and best practices
Provide pre-sales support, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting solution proposals, and addressing technical inquiries
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular client visits to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project milestones are achieved
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CE advancements and industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of their development processes, tools, and methodologiesRequirements:
Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CE consultant, with a strong track record of successful project implementations
Proven pre-sales experience, including conducting product demonstrations and delivering persuasive solution proposals
Excellent understanding of CRM processes and workflows, and the ability to design and optimise solutions accordingly
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients at all levels
Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
Willingness to travel, including monthly visits to their London office and regular client visits within the UKBenefits:
Competitive salary range: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum
Performance-based annual bonus of 10% (7% personal targets, 3% company performance)
26-days annual leave, rising by 1 per year until 30
