Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Lead Nurse for our direct care home client in London N2, to provide exceptional care and support to Health Care Assistants while also performing nursing duties and household shifts for 37.5 hours per week.
Pay Scale: £21.66 to £23.24 per hour

The home is rated as 'Good' by CQC this year.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Be a role model for Health Care Assistants by demonstrating Relationship Centred Care and engaging with residents.
* You will be responsible for filling in for the Household Manager, maintaining positive relationships with all teams, handling accidents, incidents, and complaints.
* Assisting with the creation, review, and audit of care and risk plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Must be a Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with experience in team supervision within a nursing or social care setting, including assessments, care plans, and the Mental Capacity Act.
* Active NMC
* You must be able to multitask, complete tasks promptly, and possess strong communication skills to connect with residents, colleagues, external agencies, and relatives.
