Area to be covered: London & Home Counties (Hybrid working 50/50 office / road based) Office in Sevenoaks
Remuneration: £40,000 – £60,000 + uncapped commission 5% bonus based on profitability
Benefits: £420 per month car allowance or equivalent company car & comprehensive benefits packages
The role of the Sales Manager – Lifts & Elevators will involve:
* 50/50 road / office based sales representative position selling a high quality manufactured range of lifts along with the installation, maintenance and servicing
* All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, building contractors, FM companies and lift consultants
* Working on both refurbishment and new build projects
* Dealing with main contractors, building contractors, FM companies and lift consultants around London
* Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k – £1m+
* Reporting directly to MD
The ideal applicant will be an Sales Manager – Lifts & Elevators with:
* Must have experience in the lifts / elevator market sector
* Would consider someone working as an engineer or “on the tools” looking to step out onto the road
* Must have external sales experience selling to main contractors, building contractors, FM companies and lift consultants
* Must be able to digest technical information
* Looking for an innovative thinker with a great attitude
* Must be commercially astute
* Good literacy and numeracy skills and good communication skills – both verbal and written
* Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
