Property Manager – Notting Hill (part home based) – £40-45k to start
My client is a West London based, long established traditional independent managing agent overseeing a local portfolio of RMC blocks comprising mansion, purpose built and conversions.
With a strong service mentality underpinned by a genuine sense of accountability (blocks are local enough for residents to pop in to the office to report issues without prior appointment) they now seek a like minded Property Manager as follows:
* Part home based (1 day home, 4 days office)
* Overseeing a 400 unit portfolio (all within local W postcodes), undertaking the full range of leasehold management duties with administrative, legal and accountancy support as required
* Dealing with residents face to face as well as over the phone and email
Suitable property managers will:
* Reside in or close to West London
* Come from an extremely stable career history (this vacancy arose from retirement, not departure or any other reason so therefore long term commitment matters)
* Prefer independent practice where accountability and service are at the forefront of all client/resident interactions
* Have the ability to undertake all aspects of block management from budget setting to major works, contractor management and AGM’s
IRPM qualification is NOT essential and salary will start between £40k – £45k with annual reviews thereafter.
