Head of Cyber Security, Head of IT Security Operations, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA S+, Mainly Remote, Partially City of London, Law Firm, Professional Services
Head of Cyber Security / Head of IT Security Operations required to work for a Professional Services business / Law Firm based in Central London. This will be mainly based from home but you would have to travel to the office in the City of London on the odd occasion.
We need a seasoned Cyber Security Leader / Head of IT Security Operations who has proven experience within Cyber Security, is a good leader, has good, solid Stakeholder Management skills and has Professional Services experience (or has worked in a partnership firm and understands the set-up / complexities that come with it!).
Here is what you need:
* Technical certifications such as CISM, CISSP CompTIA S+
* Proven experience of working with IT security systems and information security governance, i.e., control frameworks, incident management, operations and application of security best-practices.
* Experience within legal or professional services and operating in a regulated environment.
* Experience of security engineering, in support of technologies and controls such as Network and Application firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, Vulnerability Scanners, Microsoft Active Directory services, Security Service Edge (SSE), Endpoint Protection and Encryption technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can interpret and apply complex technical information and is able to explain security functionality to other members of the business.
* Solid management experience working to support the development and direction of both directly employed and third party employed IT security professionals
