Senior Product Manager – Ecommerce
12 month FTC
London/hybrid
£60,000-£80,000 DOE
This business is disrupting the Beauty industry! They have in impressive rep in the market, along with a stellar Tech and Product team.
They are known for having a very positive and open culture, where people who work there genuinely love what they do.
I'm helping them find a Senior Product Manager to join on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. There is a possibility that this could progress into a permanent role (although no guarantees can be made right now!)
You'd be joining a team of close-knit Product Managers, reporting into the Product Director, and will manage a cross functional squad made up of Software Engineers and Designers.
You'll be responsible for a product based around driving customer retention and engagement, and you'll be driving the product vision, roadmap and strategy for this area of the product.
This is an end to end Product Management role which you will be managing from discovery to delivery, you'll create and maintain the product backlog for this area, and work with the Scrum team using agile methodologies.
Experience you'll need for this role:
At least 5 years experience in a Product Management role. Very much open to industry!
Experience of working in a cross functional team with designers and Software Engineers
Comfortable with agile ways of working
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a love of data
Prioritisation techniques and writing user stories is second nature to you. You can refine a backlog in your sleep!

Empathetic, pragmatic and a good natured humanThey are based in London and have flexible ways of working- ideally they'd like someone who is happy to come in a couple of days per week, but this is flexible.
