Are you an Agile Delivery Manager with experience in Scrum?
The opportunity
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager for our client. They are a market leading digital business who produce best in class web products and services.
The organisation has experienced significant growth over recent years and is now keen to enhance their already established position within the industry. The role is fast paced and is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to enhance their skills, whilst working with a core dedicated team.
This is an opportunity to develop Agile within the business and ensure teams are delivering on time and efficiently.
The role
You will be responsible for four delivery teams and supporting them in the delivery of all milestones relating to a key account.
You will also be responsible for the maturity of Agile practices across the business and act as Scrum Master with the goal of developing the Scrum team.
As Scrum Master you will facilitate the team ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives and daily stand ups.
Who you'll be
Experienced in working in multiple stakeholder environments
Experienced in Agile methodology
Experienced as Scrum Master
You'll be able to prove you have a track record in delivering measurable business results
You will have strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communicational skillsThis role is on a Permanent basis and supports Hybrid working – there is a requirement to travel to the office in either London or Newcastle upon-Tyne.
