Senior Application Specialist
Can you collaborate across multiple departments, ensure stable and efficient operations of ICT applications and support transition of new technologies and projects?
We are looking for someone to take the lead in operational management and the application of IT Services
Based in Barking – Hybrid
£250 – £450 p/day
Key duties
Server based application and configuration
Dealing with 3rd party suppliers
First line, 2nd & 3rd Line Support
Network Background
Server Updates
Someone who understands applications
Moving to Windows 11 – support with test applications
Must have local Government experiences
Trouble Shooting
Get in touch if you have any of the preferable knowledge such as;
Experience in the complete application life cycle (including selection, procurement, package configuration, development, integration, and implementation)
Practical experience with RDBMS in particular MS SQL Server.
Work on multiple Projects, BAU issues and acted in the capacity of a technical advisor providing advice
Resolve tickets through the ServiceDesk within SLA
