O'Neill and Brennan are working with a medium sized residential contractor who are looking for a Project Manager for one of their new schemes in Bromley.
This project is 40 new build rc frame apartments, brickwork cladding, with high spec fit out. There is also demolition involved in this project.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work for a quality focussed business, who build a project that they can be proud of.
Ideally my client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager who is ready to step up in position and take charge of running this project.
As a business, my client are rapidly growing, and have a healthy pipeline of future projects, and now would be a great time to jump on board with the business.
They are big on progression from within the company, and build high quality, unique developments.
On offer is a salary between £80,000-£90,000 depending on experience, plus a package and additional benefits.
