About
An amazing opportunity to join an established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing a wide range of services to property owners and occupiers. The majority of their work is on Commercial Properties, and Party Wall works on Residential properties.
The successful candidate would be able to work independently on their own case load, whilst also able to provide support on building issues for the client’s Management department.
Information on the role
* Prepare schedules & negotiation of dilapidations
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Organise documents for tender and advise on the appointment of contractors, designers, and procurement
* Determine the condition of existing buildings, analysing defects and proposal of repairs
* Undertake technical due-diligence and pre-acquisition surveys of commercial buildings
* Advising on Health and Safety aspects of buildings
* Deal with Party Wall Procedures
