About
An amazing opportunity to join a well-established security systems company as an Installation Engineer. This company provide comprehensive solutions, quality installations, servicing, and repairs of security systems for a variety of clients. Their systems range from, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Vehicle Alarms & Tracking, Door Entry, CCTV, and Safes.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience in installing a variety of security systems, having both installation and electrical knowledge and supporting qualifications. The role involves travelling to various locations and dealing with customers so a willingness to travel and excellent customer service skills are necessary.
Information on the role
* Installing systems such as, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Vehicle Alarms & Tracking, Door Entry, CCTV, and Safes.
* Provide effective and efficient customer site support service
* Ensure commissioning, remedial, and customer care work is carried out in a timely manner and requirements are fulfilled
* Achieve customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the process
* Retrieve job sheets, and remedial items from the head office/depot, loading your vehicle for the allocated jobs
* Travelling to site
* Occasionally be on call

* Proven installation & electrical experience
* A relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications
* Adaptable and able to solve problems
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Willingness to drive
* Able to follow procedures
* Ability to maintain professional relationships
