The role will be based in Belvedere, DA17 6BS, London.
Main ResponsibilitiesTo be suitable for this role we are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills:
Understanding clients requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with month end figures including WIP
Developing good working relationships with Client Representatives, Riney colleagues and other stakeholders
Delivering right first time, accurate reports
Checking works orders for completeness and accuracy
Agreeing measures of completed works with Client Representatives and Riney Supervisors
Developing and submitting agreement statements
Completing accounts and invoicing for payments
Performing risk, cost control and value management through cost analysis, and then reporting figures back to the Commercial team and Managing Director on a weekly basis.
Liaising with subcontractors and dealing with invoices
Performing regular interim payments keeping up to date/ on track of job payments.
Completing weekend working sheets to be sent over for approval The Ideal CandidateTo be suitable for this role we are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills:
Previous AQS experience
Proven organisational and planning skills
Excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
Full UK driving license. Qualifications/ Experience:
Secondary School Education (e.g. A-Levels or equivalent)
Degree relative to Quality Surveying desirable but not essential
Experience within a similar working environmentWhat I will be responsible for?
