The company have a track record of investing in their team and are now looking for a Commercial Manager, or Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step up, who can help bring the team up to an even higher level!
As Commercial Manager you will be assisting with design development, estimating, technical evaluation, assembling documentation for tenders, pricing works, negotiating with partners, managing contract agreements and buying out the projects when contracts are awarded. Contracts and project Managers will be appointed to manage the build but depending on the complexity, you may be asked to support the project through the construction phase.
Experience within commercial fit out is essential, however, this could be from either D&B or traditional style builds.
