About the Role:
Our client is looking for a project level Quantity Surveyor to join their London division, based out of their Hillingdon office. They are looking for a commercially astute, experienced professional to commercially deliver a variety of new projects throughout the region ranging in value from £2m to £50m; This regions projects vary greatly, typically covering hotels, education, healthcare, commercial, retail, leisure, residential and specialist projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting cost analysis, and managing budgets for construction projects. You must be able to read and accurately interpret drawings and specifications, as well as carry out accurate take-offs. In addition, you must have procurement experience, including analyzing tender returns, mid-bid interviews, tender recommendations, and placing orders.

About the benefits / rewards:
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between £60,000 – £75,000 and a generous benefits package. Requirements:
Candidates will ideally have a trade’s background or a degree qualification and have at least 4 years Quantity Surveying experience within a main contractor. Industry experience will ideally be in the commercial building environment; Ideal candidates will have rounded commercial experience having worked in a similar business with experience of working on a range of commercial builds. Candidates should be able to demonstrate successful project delivery with the ability to work without support or supervision and a mature attitude to work.
