Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting an award-winning main contractor with their search for an experienced Proposals to join their successful work-winning team.
Ideally the business are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Bid Management/Bid Coordination who is keen to take on more responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working to multiple deadlines simultaneously, being hands-on and with a strong will to win. The Proposals Coordinator will play a key part in producing high quality tender documents and PQQs and ideally have experience of using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Construction industry experience would be highly beneficial, however candidates with relevant skills and experience working within other sectors will be considered. The role will report in to the Head of Pre Construction, and will involve working alongside the marketing, estimating and delivery teams.
