Due to the continued success of this engineering consultancy, we are looking for an Electrical Resident Engineer to work on a large-scale residential project in London.
THE COMPANY
– An award-winning engineering consultancy
– Approximately a 9 month contract, outside IR35
– Residential project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RESIDENT ENGINEER

The Resident Engineer will be the eyes and ears of the Design Consultant on the project responsible for inspecting and commenting on the engineering services installations undertaken by contractors.

Assisting then design team in reviewing the installation drawing progress, benchmarking, and technical submittals.

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for witness testing and overseeing the commissioning of the electrical services installations.
ELECTRICAL RESIDENT ENGINEER SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

The Electrical Resident Engineer will have worked on projects that have had multiple stakeholder design teams and must be comfortable in dealing with them.
