A specialist Joinery and fit-out contractor with a portfolio of exceptional finishes in luxury hotels, bespoke residential properties and commercial refurbishments are looking for an M&E supervisor to join their growing Mayfair team.
The M&E Supervisor's role
The M&E Supervisor will be immediately involved in a luxury hotel refurbishment in Mayfair. The M&E Supervisor will be responsible to ensure contractual responsibilities are fulfilled, supervise installation works, review M&E contractors & consultants and architect designs accordingly.
The M&E Supervisor will report to the Project Director of the Mayfair team and ideally will have a stronger focus on the Electrical aspects of the role.
The M&E Supervisor
Proven experience in an M&E role within Construction
Experience with interior fit-outs preferrable
Strong experience with electrical services is essential
Strong communication & leadership skills
Highly organized and motivated individual
Good understanding of H&S regulations in relation to M&E servicesIn return?
