Brief Outline
• An industry leading specialist contractor in the construction market based in central London requires a CAD Technician to deal with varied designs for commercial and new build residential projects in the London and South East region.
• The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in their various projects and their progress.

• This is a role for CAD Technician who wants to join a dynamic and growing company in the South East with prospects for a growth into a more senior position in the future.
About the Role
• Working in our busy project office in London, you will work under the Operations Manager providing support to produce detailed layout drawings, schematics and other ad hoc 2D and 3D drawings associated with their core business areas encompassing traffic management, logistics and site services.
About the Candidate
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software.
• Good IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good levels of written and verbal communication.
• A desire to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet often tight deadlines
Advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Autocad 2D / 3D.
• Knowledge of other design software (Revit, Sketchup, etc)
