My client is looking for a very experienced QS for a large residential project based in London. This project has just kicked off and they are looking for somebody to join the surveying team immediately.
The project will be worth £300M+ and is made up of 5 phases, they are currently in phase 1 which involves 300 apartments.
The ideal candidate will have experience on large residential projects and have reported into the MQS and managed an AQS on past projects
