Job Title: Customer Service Executive, Telecoms Coordinator
In this newly created role you will be responsible for the customer service of a number of clients. Managing customers subscriptions and telephone numbers across both their CRM (HubSpot) as well as multiple payment providers ensuring they receive an excellent onboarding / set up process. You will also need to monitor the ticketing systems for issues and work with clients to resolve these or escalate to an engineer when necessary. You will need to be comfortable dealing with clients via multiple channels, phone, email, WhatsApp, messenger etc. You will also work alongside the CTO and founder to create processes for the business unit as it evolves
You will have had a track record of working within a fast paced customer service role within ideally telecommunications and understand things like (CDR’s), they will however also consider people who have worked in customer service in SaaS or other subscription based environments. You will need to be familiar with dealing with payment systems and be confident in the process of working with customers via multiple channels. You will also be required to have a good understanding of WhatsApp.
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of £30,000 this may be negotiable based on experience along with an excellent chance to progress your career in to management based on your success in the role
