Our client, an established Self drive hire company have an immediate position for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Meeting and greeting customers on site
Quoting clients on rental process and negotiation
Up selling products and services
Running background and ID checks on customers
Vehicle check in and out
Data input
Related admin tasks
Ensuring vehicle is fit for rentalTo be eligible for this role, you will need:
Experience in the vehicle hire industry
Proven track record in sales
Great communicator
Able to meet targets and KPIs
Thrive well under pressure
Calm and bale to deal with difficult situations
Strong attention to detailHours Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm
